This month’s theme is Art & Creativity

Our Purim Spiel (pronounced “shpeel”) will be a multi-generational worship service and it’s going to be awesome. Imagine a cross between Halloween and the Christmas pageant. We’ll be acting out a famous story from the Jewish tradition, and there will also be noisemakers, costumes, and silly music parodies. If you or your child is interested in a speaking role in our play, please let Sara Krakauer (our Director of Religious education) know – we will be looking for people who can read a script and come at 9:30 on the morning of the event.

This is a multi-generational worship service so children are invited to stay in the sanctuary. The nursery will be open from 9:30-1 for any children 6 and under who prefer to be there during the service (or any age for events before or after the service).

This month, we are sharing our offering plate with Urban Media Arts.
