The First Parish in Malden’s Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans (or CUUPS) chapter is a way to promote and allow engagement with the practice and understanding of Pagan and Earth-centered Spirituality within the Unitarian Universalism and to enable networking among Pagan-identified Unitarian Universalists. Upcoming Chapter Events
Full Moon Gathering: The next full moon gathering will be held Wednesday April 1st 2026 in Durgin Hall. Alexa will be leading the ritual which will focus expressing rage by punching and smashing things in a safe and controlled space.
Spring Potluck: Join the Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans for Ostara (Spring Equinox) Ritual on March 19th in the Library. It will be a shorter ritual with mostly time for fellowship. We encourage everyone to bring a snack, non-alcoholic beverage, or other food item to share! Doors open at 6:30p and Ritual will begin at 7:00p.
Convocation: Join us for a vibrant weekend filled with workshops, rituals, storytelling, music, and community as we celebrate four decades of CUUPS. Let us celebrate 40 years of spiritual exploration, earth‑centered wisdom, and shared sacred space.
We will gather once again in the historic city of Salem, Massachusetts as they celebrate their 400th anniversary as a city. Our host site will be First Church in Salem, MA Unitarian Universalist and they will be celebrating their 397th anniversary. What could be more appropriate!
