This month’s theme is Generosity.

For most of us, the belief is that homelessness is faced by the uneducated, or those facing emotional issues. The reality is that many of the unhoused are our former neighbors, and they are no different from you or I. We will talk to you about the challenges facing the unhoused, our personal experiences, and how you can help to make a positive difference. Our service will be lead by Skye Larson and Emily Riordan, youth from the First UU Society of Newton.

Religious Education (RE) classes are happening this week. Children are invited to come first to the worship service before RE begins after the Time for All Ages. Childcare will be available from 9:00-1:45 in the Treehouse for our youngest community members, and all ages are always welcome there during events before or after the service.

Choir will rehearse at 9am and perform during service.
