Life as a Body

We don’t have a body, we are a body. Yet in our world we so often split these two things apart. Our culture criticizes bodies it sees as inferior and at the same time encourages us to be disconnected from living in our bodies, especially if they aren’t deemed “perfect”. How can we, in this time of fear and disconnection, live fully in our bodies, no matter what they look like or what they can do? How can we be more embodied in our every day presence. Join us as we explore theology of the body. This service will be online and in person. Due to COVID numbers, in person coffee hour and child care is cancelled. Please see our COVID policy for more information.
